​Couples Counseling
Whether you're in a new relationship or have been together with your partner for a long time, couples counseling can help you deepen your connection with your partner and live a more fulfilling life together. I help couples identify their strengths and areas in need of improvement, and engage them in exercises to enhance their intimacy, trust, and commitment.  Couples who participate in counseling together may be looking to prepare for marriage, resolve a specific relationship issue, increase the level of intimacy between partners, or regain trust and rebuild a relationship.


​Individual Therapy
Sometimes you may feel unfulfilled in your relationship and want to seek out couples counseling, though your partner may not be ready to take this step.  If you are in a committed relationship with a partner who does not want to join you for couples counseling, I offer individual psychotherapy to help you make the changes you want to make in your life and your relationship.  My goal is to help you develop new skills to cope with negative feelings and make healthy changes in the way you participate in significant relationships, so that you can experience more intimacy and satisfaction in your life.

Rates

50 minute individual sessions: $165 per session
90 minute couples sessions:    $250 per session

​I also have a limited number of sliding scale appointments available.

For couples, there is a 1-time assessment fee of $39 in your first session.  This covers a suite of online questionnaires that help us determine how to plan the most effective treatment for you and your partner.

Payment
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Insurance
While I do not accept insurance directly, you may have an out-of-network provider benefit if you have a PPO insurance plan.  In some cases, your insurance provider may be able to reimburse you for your out-of-pocket mental health services via monthly invoice.  For more information, please contact your insurance provider directly and ask about your out-of-network benefits.
